it's probably an mp3 cd, most CD players can't read them because they're more of a way of storing songs on a CD. if you burned the CD in iTunes, make sure the "mp3 CD" icon is unchecked.
Mp3 CDs can fit many more songs; if the CD is like a 70 song one it's for sure an mp3 CD.
Or maybe your Nissan's CD player is broken? Good luck finding out, anyway.
