...camry-1988 4 cyl automatic? Normally it's charging 13.6 with light's and A/C on
as soon as I put it drive charging rate drops to 12.4 and after a while drain the battery and engine stops.
What could be the probable cause you think.

Fan belt tension is alright ,
Battery is new.
Normal batt volt 12.5
there's a minor tranny oil leak through a small hose from rad to transmission.
Not in motion even in parked position if I put it on D or R charging drops and on N it back.
