why my car 1997 caravan wont start it has a newly charge battery?

and it has a new starter relay,but sometimes thres light in panel but no noise and i install a starter still it wont start
i just went out a minute ago to start it turn the ignition key no nothing,thentry again theres alight in the panel dim and it went out? any answer yet
 
I have had this experience with another vehicle and I think that it is the voltage regulator which is contained within the alternator so if you replace the alternator and put the battery on an overnight charge I would suggest that all will be well in the morning after reconnection of everything.

check ur spark plugs nd fuse..maybe it nids replacement..and most importantly check ur fuel level..
