Why my bearded dragon is all of a sudden being very aggressive?

My bearded dragon Ozzy is almost a year and a half and he is all of a sudden for about the past week or two being very aggressive. If I even walk by his tank he will jump at me and hit the glass on his tank and trying to feed him is very hard he has bitten me and every time I put my hand in to grab his bowl he tries to bite me. He doesn't't puff up or his he just opens his moth and lunges towards me. And I have never had any issues like this with him before, I could take him out and he would sit on my shoulder or in a window seal sunbathing or just running around but now I cant get close to him. I need help please!
