im 18 male (146lbs skinny built), i have abdominal muscles, but when i rest them it looks like im walkin around 4months pregnant especially after eat..someone told me that its fat that laying in between your intestines or whatever...is this true?? becasue i dont believe its genetic that makes my abs poke out so far..and if not then what is causing this, and what can i do to make my abs show fully without sucking in my stomach? and no i dont have no weight to loose im real skinny as it is..hell if any im tryin to build muscle lol
