why men brake 10 commandments of God more then women?

when comes to sex before marriage .. I Remember when my grandam told me to protect my virginity that boys to not take ...and touch me.. She will tell me if they even touch me place where they touch will turn blue and dark and will be marked and hell fire will burn that place and will hurt me so much. But when I ask her why would they do that she said that is what boys do .. Why even today new age pepole will say it is persons fault for not protecting themselves enough from mistakes of others
