V Valerie H New member Mar 9, 2011 #1 I have 99. Grand cherokee turned car off had door off for about 2 minutes the needle on panel started spinning. Battery went dead I step on brake needle stop spinning I turned key an it started. Just repaced battery and alternator an sepertine belt.
