I want to know why they don't change the world cup to every two years instead of four makes more sense to me. That way i get to see my favorite country play!!!
Many of the players have commitments to other leagues and to play every 2 years would be too disruptive. Its also a prestige thing like the Olympics, the longer you have to wait, the more you appreciate it.
