Why isn't the Samsung YP-K3 not recognized by Media Studio?

I just got a Samsung YP-K3 and it's works fine on WMP and just as a regular drive on my computer. However if I want to use Media Studio 5, it won't even read it. the Portable tab is just gray. I installed and reinstalled it but still doesn't work... I also tried to update the driver still, the same thing
