Why isn't Rondo going to be in the Taco Bell skills challenge?

I honestly think he would dominate. I may be a little bias because I'm a Celtics fan, but I think he has all the skills to win it.

He is extremely quick, great dribbler, INCREDIBLE passer, and he can hit that free throw line jumper.

I don't know if he'd win, but he would definetly do very well, and he deserves to be in it over guys like Derek Fisher ( not that great of a passer, not quick ) or Baron Davis ( I love B-Diddy, but he's out of shape). He deserves to be there with the guys like D-Rose, John Wall, Russel Westbrook, Tyreke Evans (Although he is more of a SG). And also, where is Steve Nash or Jason Kidd? Are they just too old?

So why isn't Rondo going to be in the Skills Challenge?
Edit: @Raptors!, I don't want to argue, but Rondo actually IS one of the best passers in the NBA. The excuse that he is just surrounded by Hall of Famers doesn't work, because then Mario Chalmers and Carlos Arryo would both be at 10+APG too. Rondo has great court vision, and a knows how to bait the other teams help defense into sinking into the paint, thats when Rondo gets his assists.

Anyway, I really don't think Rondo is an overrated passer. Just saying.
