alright so i have the sony handycam videocamera in blue.. link to the picture down below hopefully it works.

anyways....
i have been meaning to edit some videos on it so as usual i hooked it up to the computer had the videos imported from it to the computer. said it worked and when i try to import it to the wondows movie maker it doesnt seem to work??
so i thought maybe its the windows movie make so i downloaded this other program called trakAxPC and then i tried to import the clip again and it still didnnt work.
so what im thinking is its gotta be something with the videocamera.... idk if i didnt import the stuff to my computer right but all i know is that its not letting me edit the videos i have on it. it keeps saying an undetected error is showing??
so if you maybe know whats going on can you please help me
