my att house phone got connected today. i get a dial tone, but when i call out i get the whole 'your call cannot be completed as dialed' thing. i cant even dial the operater. i received an activation call [something along those lines] but i couldnt hear everything so i hung up. is that why i am having problems? if so, how do i receieve the call again? i dont have a cell phone atm so how do i go about figuring out why i cant make calls and why would my phone be doing this? what do i do?
why isnt my new att house phone working? how do i fix it?
