M Murphy New member Feb 25, 2010 #1 I have a Dell Studio 15, and a Samsung Propel A767. I go to Start->Control Panel->Hardare and Sound-> Find New Device for Bluetooth, and my phone is set in bluetooth mode and discoverable mode. Why isn't my computer discovering it?
