Why isn't my cellphone working?

Okie, so I have the rant by sprint. It decides last night that it was going to stop working. Now it's only my mine that stopped working. My mom's and her boyfriends is fine and we're all on the same plan. So I tried calling someone and it just sends me to the sprint customer service. It's telling me that I owe 452$. But I know I don't because my phone isn't prepaid. I have unlimiting texting which I use often. I don't know if it's because I used the internet or sent picture mail. But I've only ever sent 2 picture mail texts and gone on the internet to buy ringtones for like 5 minutes. And my mom's boyfriend said he paid the bill. And it just kind of started doing that last night. I really don't know what's the deal. So I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else with sprint and what did you do? Hopefully my mom's boyfriend is going to go tomorrow to see what's up. But you never know.
