Or, at least, had his medical licence revoked? It's the same thing with (former Illinois Gov.) Blagoyevich. Why the hell does the FBI take so long to bring charges?

Actually he is not under arrest or anything, the investigation is still going on.

I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope he ends up in jail and hopefully gets the death sentence but the chances dont look so good
