Why is windows media player deleting songs off my MP3 player that I just put on there?

Earlier today I was syncing some music on there and after I synced 2 CD's and I started to sync a third on, it said "Files to be deleted" and there files that I had just had added.

Does anyone know how to stop this or turn it off?!?
