Why is Vicki Gurrero now Raw GM and not yet been fired by Mr.Mcmahon?

So the week before WM25 Vicki makes the stipulation that if Triple H is DQ or Counted Out he loses the title in the Triple H Vs. Randy Orton Match. Then this week on Raw she makes the backlash 6 man tag match a title match so either orton or triple h take the title if their team wins. She makes this stipulation right after Mr.mcmahon says that orton wont get a title rematch.
Is it only a matter of time before she is fired by Vince?
