Why is Venus setting more North than ever before in Feb/March 2009?

My dad wants to know.......its been bugging him and/or wondering about that?

Planet's orbits aren't in exactly the same as the year before.

Because winter (in North America) is ending, and the sun and the ecliptic are gradually moving northward. Since the planets follow the path of the ecliptic, and the ecliptic is moving northward, the planets set more North.
