Why is UFC shown as a sport and not MMA?

I forgot that Strikeforce, KOTC, DREAM, Sengoku, XFC, etc. weren`t MMA and Big names in the business. I absolutely know that Yahoo is biased. There has got to be money floating around here. And to whom? Poorly written tv watchers. What a waste of internet space.(kevin Iole)(huge forehead, no hair)
Let me just say I was being sarcastic. I think they should ALL be listed in the Yahoo! sports section. Its B.S. that they show MLB, NBA, NFL, "UFC", WTF! Try MMA instead!!!
 
Sports are a fair competitions with rules to even the playing field which MMA has so it is a Combat Sport but still a sport.

Yahoo! only switched the label from MMA to UFC a few months ago. I agree that it should be MMA, because Yahoo! does report on other promotions.

What likely happened was that the UFC, through Zuffa, gave Yahoo! a bunch of money to change that tiny label, and Yahoo! just accepted it without a second thought.

It's not right, but it's really no big deal. It's just a label.
