why is this word uncensored?

ok i've recently noticed that basic cable channels such as comedy central, FX, USA, and more don't censor the racial slur fore black people, i can't say the word on Yahoo answers but everyone knows which word it is lol. why is this yet various other words will be censored. i tried googling it and im going to keep trying until i get an answer.. i was just wondering though because i was watching Reno 911 and i was watching some movie on fx and it wasn't censored
 
I think it's because the channels are trying to make what their trying to say sound funny in the cruel kind of way. I think it's because of the channels. Then why does you BET say it too when their channel mean Black Entertainment Television. I bet they say it there too. They all are trying make their point sound funny by using it in the wrong way.

Also those channels you named are known for using those words especially comedy central.
