Why is this happening when my toe feels weird?

I know this is weird, there isn't any pain. But I feel like there is something in my toe, and in my leg. And sometimes I feel like my head is something different then what it should be. It sounds weird but whenever I get this sensation in my toe I start seeing things like they are fake, and unreal. Like cartoon-ish. What is going on?
