Why is there so much complaining from the right about the 100-day thing?

They ask constantly "Did Bush ever have that". Well, no. Another white republican after an 8 year term is not as big as an african-american coming in after a controversial Administration in the middle of an economic crisis and two wars. So they are going to put a little number in the corner of how many days he's been in office, even fox is doing it. It's pretty historical, whether you like him or not. So why is there complaining, why don't people see the difference?
And yes I am aware of CNN's event, again, historical value, they are not "sucking up to him", just highlighting one of the biggest milestones in any Administration, the first 100 days, if you don't want to watch it, then don't.
