is completely charged? I had jump started a car and now there is no power at all to my car i checked the fuses under the hood and the second one from the top looks a little rough a 30 amp but i don't know what it is for but is there any ideas of what else it could be maybe a relay or a solenoid or anything if someone could help me please and could you please be detailed thank you very much
