Why is there no debate about the legalization of gay sex?

Gay sex, or sex between consenting adults, in the US can no longer be banned by the states as per Lawrence decision in 2003.
I think it seems interesting that there was no outcry against that decision, or it was minor.
Yet gay marriage has many in an uproar.
Are they saying gay sex is okay, but gay love isn't?
I remember many years ago when people argued the other way around.
Oral sex is not banned in "many" states. Why are people so out of touch with what is going on, yet they insist they are intelligent enought to debate issues. If you are unaware of the US Supreme Court Lawrence v. Texas decision of 2003, google it.
blow jobs are not illegal in many states. I already said the Lawrence decision repealed sodomy laws across the land. And it actually only affected 13 states.
