breathe and how do I get rid of it? I'm a 16 year old non-smoker and non-drinker. I've had this ongoing pain since noon today and it still hurts when I breathe too deeply. I have to take either short breaths or very careful ones. It hurts to move. It started after I had finish eating I believe. Please help 
I don't think I've been in any recent accidents that could've caused this. I was shopping at my local mall and then ate lunch in the food court. then I breathed in and the pain started.
