Why is there a sharp pain in my lower left part of my stomach?

For the past 5 days, I've been feeling this sharp pain in my lower left side of my stomach. I was also recently diagnosed with Crohn's Disease a few months ago. I currently take Iron pills and have tried taking Tums to mitigate the pain, but to no avail.

Any ideas as to what it is and what I can do to resolve it?
