I've always had really smooth and soft skin. A few days ago the back of my palms began to feel dry but I didn't have any cream to alleviate it. Yesterday it got really bad to the point where I felt tightness and it was a bit pink. I bought hand cream and put it on and it stung and I saw that there were little tiny red bumps all over my skin.
The skin feels SOO tight and tender. It is NOT itchy. It hurts me a bit and feels like a bad sunburn. Could this be psoriasis?
