Why is the sites HTML screwed up? (photobucket)?

New member
Not just Photobucket, but others a well. But not all. Some work fine and some dont. Photobuckets page was working fine yesterday, and then turn into this. I'm only giving a concern now because Photobucket is a site I go to and I want this fixed. And to be able to fix this situation from now on.
