We recently bought a Samsung 6300 LED television. It seemed to work fine for a week. However, recently it has developed the really annoying habit of flashing a bunch of advertising blurbs (graphics windows) at the bottom of the screen. It's possible these graphics were accidentally activated when we touched one of the screen options on the Samsung - but we have no idea which one. These things say stuff like ... "LED TV", "Energy Efficient", "AllShare", "UltraSlim". One of these ad windows is so big that it seriously intrudes into the main picture of the screen. How annoying!! As far as I can tell, these advertising blurbs are somehow coming directly from the Samsung itself - and not from the signals for the video inputs. I can't figure out how to get this garbage off the screen, and it's driving the family crazy! It's hard to believe that Samsung put such a stupid feature on a high-quality television. They are trying hard to win the prize for "worst-designed LED television" !!! Does anyone know how to remove this stuff?
