I've gone through 5 different pixis and my boyfriend has a pixi as well and every single one of them had unreliable alarms. The alarm on the phone will sometimes go off 13-20 minutes later than the designated set time, or will not go off at all!! I've called my phone provider numerous times as well as palm support. They have all told me the same troubleshooting methods and now they are directing me to contact each other because they are clueless! HELP ME! I'm so upset and disappointed. This phone is awesome but can't even do a simple functuon as waking me up ontime!
