...wearing my ankle aircast boot? I had surgery on ligaments in my ankle and have now been walking in the aircast boot for a couple of weeks with out crutches and it feels like the underside of my foot is on fire. Also, when I take it off the skin is so sensitive and burns. Im putting lotion etc... but is this normal, has anybody else had this problem, is there any advice
