Doesn't it make more sense the way it is now? In my opinion, senior schooling should not be forced on students. It should be available to only those who choose to go to school an extra 2 years and get a HSC. Don't they realize that while they're making people stay who don't want to be there, it will tarnish the quality of the education the other students are getting?
