...older men? After the raid on that compound, I notice that the media is making a big deal over the fact that 13-16 year old girls are getting pregnant by much older men. This not unusual in American society. There are a lot of young girls who are manipulated by older men to have sex with them and get them pregnant. The only difference is that they are not living on a compound. This young girl/older man scenario is not new. These girls are also led to believe that they are loved and our special. They may not use a man's (prophet's) dogma, but they do use gifts, money, and make the girls think that they only have them to manipulate them.
Am I wrong?
When are they going to raid the Maury Show? I've known young girls who have got pregnant by much older men (late 30s and 40s). These guys have multiple young girls that they have impregnanted. These girls feel special and loved because they are taking them out and spending $ on them.

I'm not saying that young girls should be scared of older men. But there should only be a mentor relationship and not a love one. To a 15 yr old girl an experienced man in his 40 will impress her and he KNOWS THIS. Perhaps that sect is using a different route but it all barrows down to the same outcome.
What female in the US hasn't had a parent sternly tell a much older man hitting on their daughter "Excuse me, do you know how old my daughter is?" or "She is too young to date you".
The man will just go the teen who is alone or the parents just don't care.
