Why is the latest Health Care deal for unions being termed

"unconstitutional" by a Wall Street Journal writer? I don't want political BS or chest thumping - just a simple fact.

If you don't know - don't pretend .

I understand that Small Business and people that don't work in a place that is
unionized would not be exempt from paying - but isn't that just "how the chips fall"
or basically "telling you to find a different job" .
I don't see how it would be unconstitutional.

2 of the provision sited are(1) the Constitution forbids the federal government from commandeering any branch of state government to administer a federal program.
(2) deals Reid cut to secure the votes of individual senators because they involve waiving states' obligation to Medicaid .
Anyone know where that is listed?
