Why is the Irish iTunes Store so expensive? And where can you get iTunes...

...vouchers in Ireland? I think the Irish iTunes store is really expensive especially when you compare it to the Australian iTunes Store. I think they should lower their prices a little. Also , where can you get iTunes vouchers in Ireland because recently they aren't working in Tesco.
