Because they are "job creators," yet there has been record jobs losses dating back to the Bush administration while the Bush era tax cuts were in effect for the wealthy? Do they not know how flawed that argument is? The middle class is the consumer class, and they drive the economy, not the rich.

@A Voice of Reason, which goes back to the Bush administration deregulating the banking system in order to be beneficial to the rich and it backfired, so the tax cut extensions for the rich are not needed. Even their stimulus money had no regulations, and they bought jets, threw parties, etc.
