...the city ordinance no. 8092? It's a real bummer!!! collecting parking fees on cars parked even in front of your houses which is a residential area, therefore, it's not a main road and nothing is violated. For me, i can say that it's a clear violation of the people's rights and an abuse of power of our corrupt govt. officials.I wonder where will all of the money go.
