Last week, I noticed a gas smell from my car heater. I took my car to a local mechanic who found a leak at the fuel pressure regulator. I had this replaced and have not smelled gas since. However, the Check Engine light has been appearing on my dashboard sice yesterday. Why could this be appearing? Thank you!
