First of all, they aren't doing a very good job of hiding it... but also wouldn't it make sense to work that into the storyline. It would be soo juicy. Her and Eric could be over-joyed and extremely thrilled and then BOOM! the baby is born and it's black!!! haha The look on Eric's face would be hysterical. I think she goes better with Justin anyway, so then it could all come out that they are still in love after all these years and have been "reuniting" lately.
