I run 5 or 6 times a week, a couple of weeks I picked up sprinting, after I sprint my legs hurt, heres my setup, 5 minute stretch, run 2 or 3 miles, stretch, then do sprints, like right now my legs are sore, after I do sprints I usually am limping with one leg, is this normal? No pain no gain.
all 3 of you guys have been helpful, like after I run its mostly the calve muscles that feel tight, now It doesn't feel as tight, after I sprinted I was limping on my left leg, maybe I am not ready for sprints I don't know, or maybe I need more rest.
