Went out with this girl I met in class during spring semester for about four months. At first I wasn't sure about her because she told me how she was always getting drunk and partying, but I began to fall for her. We would have lunch every saturday and went out to the movies, beach, etc. I began to really like her so recently I told her I like her a lot and asked if she wanted to get together.
The answer I got wasn't what I expected, she said that she doesn't want to have a relationship right now and didnt mean for her to give me that idea. After I told her this she began to completely ignore me. We are taking a class during the summer together and she is completely ignoring me in there too. All of this makes the class kind of awkard to me since I have to see her for the rest of the summer.
Why is she acting like this? What could I have done wrong and should I try and talk to her or just forget about her?
