I don't get it, I mean, he routinely kills journalists critical of him, he poisons his enemies, and offers the people no freedoms. Compared to him, George W. Bush seems like Kennedy, and yet people keep supporting him. Is it out of fear, or do Russians like totalitarian dictators?
