Whenever I Go To My Friends Tab On My Psn Menu, I Notice Maybe 1 Friends Name Is Slightly Flashing, I Have Always Wondered What It Is?? Doesn't Happen All The Time, No Its Not When The Notice Pops Up In The Upper Right Corner Its Thier Name In The Actual Friends Menu!! And It's Not In-Game Either, All Answers Are Appreciated!! Thx!!
