i was wondering this because i saw it on "Weapons of the Secret Service" an i liked it because it was able to stop an attacker dead in his tracks.
an i wanna know why its not for sale if they said it wont hurt any ones eyes an it will not blind anyone?. the lazer is apparently strong enough to due eye surgery an strong enough to cut steel. i would love to use this for a personal defense weapon because i have used peper Spray on people an tazers an with the tazers i dont wanna take a risk of killing someone. an with the peper spray i had it taken from me on several occasions in confrontations an i was over power'd.
i wanna get a gun but i dont want to explain my self to a judge for killing another person because that would be next to impossible.
so i just wanna know why can not this be issue'd to people in wheelchairs for personal defense?????? can any police officers explain why because i heard that law enforcement will be getting this new "Lazer dazzler" to replace those tazers the police carry
