I washed walls with TSP..I used 1 coat of Bulls Eye Primer..Primer dried for about 24 hours..Went to paint because all looked good no bleeding..I put one Gliden ceiling white flat paint and now the stains are coming threw..makes no sense to me..paint is not dry on wall yet but cant figure out why stain did not bleed threw Primer when it was dried, but is bleeding threw paint..What do I do now???
