My Xbox 360 is not playing any games. It says Open Tray when there is already a game in there. All my games are not working. There is no red lights or anything like that but it does not read any disks. My disks are in great condition and they are regular Xbox 360 games. Some people have said it because of your hard drive but I don't have one (Yet). I already emailed them and I have not to receive a answer! Well, It's only been 5 hours LOL! Can anyone help me?
