Why is my wound not healing?

I fell of my BMX bike and i got a cut on my knee which was about 5 mm deep and has a circumference of 1 cm. The scab is yellow and it has been 2 weeks and it is still yellow. I washed it with soap, hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, and cleaned it but it is still not healing. Why? What should I do?
