1996 Tercel, ~227k miles, been kept up great. Sometimes when the car starts, there will be a squealing, I looked around, started at the belt, and noticed it was coming more from a pulley that is near the cab. The belt is in good condition, I believe it was changed about 10-13k miles ago. When I drove it around, it sounds more like metal on metal, so it makes me think it's the pulley itself. My wife if the primary driver, and she said that it's making the squealing when she's about to shift (manual).
Would this be the pulley or the belt? Thanks!
Car is power steering, level is good, I checked it not that long ago and topped it off to the top/full line. Only about 1-2 TBSP
