why is my steam account acting weird can i fix it?

i recently bught l4d on my steam account, im trying to install it but whenever i do it always says "sorry steam servers to busy to handle your request, please try again in a few minutes" i can play all my games i have installed so far and this is the first time this has done this
why is it saying that and can i fix it?
