Why is my sony ericson w580i flashing red when i try to turn it on?

Ok ive had this phone 2 weeks and to be honest im fucking fuming
My phone was working perfectly fine last night
I go to turn it on this morning and it will not turn on and the right hand side buttons are flashing red
Ive put it on charge
Ive taken the battery out
and the memory card
and still nothing !
Can any1 help me out ?

It only does that when the phone is out of battery :S
Sometimes, the charger won't fit properly into the phone, so you might need to pull it out and plug it back in again, or just hold the charger into the phone. While it is on charge, try and turn it on again.
Don't worry, your phone isn't broken. I have the same phone and it has happened to me a few times.
